Non-Marketable Assets definition

Non-Marketable Assets means securities (other than Marketable Securities) and other assets of the Partnership.

Examples of Non-Marketable Assets in a sentence

  • The price paid for the remainder of the Non-Marketable Assets ($332,500) shall be allocated among such assets as the parties reasonably agree upon.
