Non-Monetary Donations definition

Non-Monetary Donations means property, goods, services or other expenditures contributed to or made directly for the benefit of an Approved Organization. It shall also mean the costs incurred by Licensee to administer it’s environmental donation program. The value of Non-Monetary Donations shall be computed pursuant to Exhibit F.

Related to Non-Monetary Donations

  • European Monetary System means the European Monetary System established by the Resolution of December 5, 1978 of the Council of the European Communities.

  • Non-Monetary Default shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11(d).
