Non-Moving Inventory definition
Non-Moving Inventory means stores and spares older than fifteen (15) months or which are damaged or obsolete;
Examples of Non-Moving Inventory in a sentence
TCBY shall purchase all Non-Moving Inventory within thirty (30) days of notification by BLD.
TCBY's obligation to purchase BLD's inventory of discontinued Products shall be the same as for Non-Moving Inventory.
Promotional Products remaining in BLD's inventory after the end of the promotion shall be treated as Non-Moving Inventory pursuant to Section 2.2.2.
