Non-nationals definition
Non-nationals means persons without citizenship who live permanently in the State territory of one Contracting Party, are registered under the State law of that Con- tracting Party to conduct entrepreneurial activities, and make investments in the State ter- ritory of the other Contracting Party.
Non-nationals means the person(s) of any other nationalities than Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
