Non-Operating Revenues definition
Non-Operating Revenues means any income of the Airport System which is not derived from the basic operation of the Airport System which is not derived from the basic operation of the Airport System, not restricted in application to a special purpose and otherwise lawfully available to be applied pursuant to the Bond Resolution and shall include, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all moneys deposited into the Revenue Fund from any fund or account established and maintained pursuant to the Bond Resolution and interest earned on investments and gains on sales of land.
Non-Operating Revenues means the proceeds of any financing undertaken by NE LP, NE LLC or the Company, distributions made by the Partnerships to NE LP or NE LLC with the proceeds of any financing or with funds required to be used for the extraordinary mandatory redemption of the Bonds under Section 3.09 hereof and any other extraordinary revenues (including any buyout or similar payment made to a Partnership under any Power Purchase Agreement).
Non-Operating Revenues means all revenues, fees, charges collected by the Association, Issuer or the University or the Foundation, on behalf of the Issuer or the Foundation, including net lease and rental revenues from retail and commercial uses comprising a part of a Project (as defined in the Indenture), Association Lease Revenues, Fund Raising Revenues, Conference Payments, Capital Gifts and the investment earnings on any of the above. Non-Operating Revenues shall not include Gross Operating Revenues.
