Non-Operating Working Interest definition

Non-Operating Working Interest means a working interest that is operated by an entity other than Chesapeake Energy Corporation, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Larchmont Resources, L.L.C. or any Subsidiary of Chesapeake Energy Corporation, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Larchmont Resources, L.L.C..
Non-Operating Working Interest means a working interest in any oil and natural gas lease held by a party who is a non-operator with respect to such oil and natural gas lease.
Non-Operating Working Interest means an ownership and participation interest in property; such interest is owned by a person or entity who is not designated as operator and is without operating rights to that property.
