Non-Ophthalmic Use definition

Non-Ophthalmic Use means any use of a Licensed Product for the treatment or prevention of any disease or condition, excluding in any case any Ophthalmic Use. For example, each of [ * ] would be a different Non-Ophthalmic Use, but both [ * ] would be deemed within the [ * ] Non-Ophthalmic Use.

  • Each Non-Ophthalmic Use Milestone Payment shall be paid once for each applicable Non-Ophthalmic Use, regardless of the number of Licensed Products for the applicable Non-Ophthalmic Use.
