Non-Organic Tomatoes definition
Non-Organic Tomatoes means Fresh Tomatoes not produced by a production system that has been certified “organic” by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and may include Round, Roma, Specialty, Stem On, and Tomatoes on the Vine Fresh Tomatoes (see, respectively, sections II.L, II.M, II.O, II.R, and II.T).
