Recourse Debt Lease Loan Loss Allowance Amount means the absolute value of the loan loss allowance associated with the Recourse Debt Leases (determined in accordance with the GTS Accounting Principles, consistently applied) as set forth on the March 31st Balance Sheet or the Closing Date Balance Sheet, as applicable.
Recourse Debt Lease Loan Loss Allowance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(xiii).
