Full loads rejected shall be charged a sum equal to the OWEF Tipping Fee and the Landfill Tipping Fee for each ton of waste rejected for being Non-Processible Waste.

Dodge County agrees to advise, notify, and educate persons hauling waste within its jurisdiction of the distinctions between Processible and Non-Processible Waste.
Dodge County shall also be responsible for removing Non-Processible Waste from loaded containers at the Transfer Station.
