Non-Production Products definition

Non-Production Products means Products that are purchased for test and evaluation only of Partner’s solutions to its End Users, but not for managing internet traffic or other commercial purpose (“Non-Production Use”).
Non-Production Products means all Molds and all non-production run Components such as samples, prototypes and test runs.

Examples of Non-Production Products in a sentence

  • Non-Production Products purchased by Partner may only be used for Non- Production Use and otherwise in accordance with the terms of the applicable ▇▇▇▇.

  • If Customer purchases any Products designated for a specified, limited use in a non-production environment, including without limitation, disaster recovery or lab testing (“Non-Production Products”), Customer may only use such Non-Production Products for the limited purpose for which they were purchased and may not use such Non-Production Products to increase Customer’s total Device Count on its production network.

  • Absent a further written agreement of the Parties, no warranty is provided with respect to Non-Production Products, and all Non-Production Products are provided “AS IS” and with all faults.

  • Partner may not make the Non-Production Products available to any third party or move the Non-Production Products to a different location (unless approved by F5 in writing).

  • If Customer uses the Non-Production Products in violation of this Section, ForeScout reserves the right to charge Customer applicable fees as provided in Section 9 (Audit).

  • If an audit reveals any unauthorized reproduction, installation, or use of the Products or Non-Production Products, including, but not limited to, use of the Products or Non- Production Products for Devices in excess of the permitted Device Count, at ForeScout’s sole discretion, Customer will either: (i) remedy the non-compliance within thirty (30) days; or (ii) pay the applicable fees due (at ForeScout’s then-current rates) attributed to such non-compliance plus interest at the rate of 1.5% per month.

  • If Customer uses the Non-Production Products in violation of this Section, ForeScout reserves the right to invoice Customer for applicable fees as provided in Section 9 (Audit).

  • The price to be charged by VPC and paid by LMT for Non-Production Products shall be subject to the agreement of the Parties as reflected in VPC’s Quote and LMT’s Purchase Order.

  • The price to be charged by VPC and paid by LMT for Conventional Components which are not Non-Production Products shall be subject to the agreement of the Parties as reflected in VPC’s Quote and LMT’s Purchase Order.

  • VPC shall issue an invoice for Components, samples, prototypes, and other Non-Production Products other than Molds upon shipment of such Components or Non-Production Products.
