Non-Promotion definition

Non-Promotion means resident/fellow does not advance to the next level of training.

  • Conditions and Notice of Non-Renewal or Non-Promotion In instances where Resident Agreement will not be renewed, or when Resident will not be promoted to the next level of training, Penn State Hershey will provide Resident with a written notice of intent no later than four months prior to the end of the current Resident Agreement.

  • Notice will be provided to the Resident/Fellow no later than four (4) months prior to the ending date of the current agreement; however, if the primary reason(s) for Non-Promotion occur(s) within the four (4) months prior to the ending date of the current agreement, the Resident/Fellow will be given as much notice as the circumstances reasonably allow prior to the end of the agreement period.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, or any other provision of this Agreement, (i) this Section 8(a) shall not apply to the Executive in his capacity as a manager, officer or director of NLCP Holdings, LLC and (ii) if the Executive resigns due to a Non-Promotion Resignation under Section 6(h)(4), the Restriction Period for purposes of this Section (8)(a) and Section 8(b) (but not Section 8(c)) shall be reduced from one-year to six months.

  • In the event of termination Without Cause or Non-Promotion as defined above, you will receive a one time lump payment for relocation equal to the amount paid by the Company to move you from Virginia to New Jersey.

  • Residents are entitled to due process and may appeal Adverse Actions (Probation, Formal Reprimand, Non-Promotion, Suspension, or Dismissal/Termination) according to the due process procedures outlined in the EINSTEIN Due Process Policy.

  • Non-Promotion to the Next PGY Level: A lack of promotion of the Resident to the next level of training unless or until Resident’s performance improves to the required level.

  • The notification will be by letter to the Employee and will contain a Non-Promotion which will include a summary of the Employee’s performance that necessitates the non-promotion action and that defines a timeline for promotion.
