Non-Recurring Cost definition

Non-Recurring Cost or “NRC” means non-recurring costs such as installation and other agreed to one time charges. "Node Site(s)” or “K-20 Node" are a K-20 operated backbone telecommunications facility. “Prevailing Rate of Wage” shall be the rate of hourly wage, usual benefits, and overtime paid in the locality, as defined in RCW 39.12.
