Non-Redeemable Shares definition
Non-Redeemable Shares means all shares of Class A Stock, Class B --------------------- Stock or Class C Stock that have been previously sold (whether under Section 4 or Section 5(c)) pursuant to a Tag-Along Transfer other than pursuant to a Single Transaction Sale.
Non-Redeemable Shares means shares that are not redeemable shares.
Non-Redeemable Shares means all shares of Class A or Class C Stock that have been previously sold pursuant to a Tag-Along Transfer other than pursuant to a Single Transaction Sale.

The provisions of this Section 5(a) shall not apply to the Non-Redeemable Shares.
More Definitions of Non-Redeemable Shares
Non-Redeemable Shares means all shares of Class A Stock and Class C Stock that have been previously sold pursuant to a Tag-Along Transfer or are issued in conjunction with a redemption pursuant to Section 5(b).
