Non-Redemption Amount definition

Non-Redemption Amount means the amount of cash or cash equivalents available after the exercise of the redemption rights of the Public Stockholders in the Closing Redemption Offer in connection with the Closing pursuant to the OAC Organizational Documents and IPO Prospectus.
