Non-Reimbursable definition

Non-Reimbursable means costs or expenses for items and/or services that will not be directly invoiced to the Service Authority by the Consultant.
Non-Reimbursable means exempted from repayment pursuant to 137 applicable legislation. For the purposes of the XM Project, all Non-Reimbursable funds and the 138 Non-Reimbursable benefits identified in the Feasibility Study are pursuant to applicable 139 legislation including, the San Joaquin River Restoration Settlement Act (Public Law 111-11, 140 Title X, Part III(a)(1)), the Reclamation Project Act of 1939, and the Federal Water Project 141 Recreation Act of 1965 (Public Law 89-72, as amended).
Non-Reimbursable is defined as an expenditure not allowable for employee reimbursement because the item(s) have been deemed as inappropriate or required to be purchased through the CPS Procurement process.
