Non-Repairable definition

Non-Repairable means Component(s), which have defects, or discrepancies, considered to be beyond established and approved repair criteria.
Non-Repairable. The classification of an item which is not serviceable at the time of removal by repair in accordance with Federal's or the manufacturer's then current specifications. OUT-OF-SCOPE SERVICES: Services related to the Standard Overhaul Services, but which require unique operations or tooling and are accomplished outside the scope of specifications and applicable manuals (in effect as of the date of this Agreement).
Non-Repairable means the classification of an item which is not serviceable at the time of removal by repair in accordance with FedEx's or the manufacturer's then current specifications.

  • The Non-Repairable Covered Product must be returned in order to receive your replacement product.

  • Verification of filing the form with DMV (REG 488C Application for Salvage Certificate or Non-Repairable Vehicle Certificate, or REG 42 Notice of Acquisition/Report of Vehicle To Be Dismantled) must be provided to the District at the dismantle inspection.

  • For each Product that (A) a customer returns to Buyer for the reason that the Product is defective, (B) the returned Product is covered by a Warranty, and (C) Buyer, in Good Faith, determines is not repairable, Buyer, at its sole expense and using commercially reasonable arrangements determined by Seller, will replace the Product (each a “Non-Repairable Product”) for the customer and dispose of the Non-Repairable Product at Buyer’s sold cost and expense in accordance with all applicable laws.

  • Products including those within the original manufacturer’s warranty period may be repaired or replaced with a comparable product (which may have a lower selling price than the Covered Product(s)) from a Sears or Sears affiliated store, or, at our discretion, we will issue a credit for the replacement value of the Non-Repairable Covered Product(s), which value could be substantially less than the price paid for the Covered Product(s).

  • In addition to all other amounts due under the Agreement, for each Non-Repairable Product that is an HTS Product subject to Seller’s “Craftsman lifetime warranty exchange” (or any successor lifetime program Seller offers on Craftsman products) Buyer will separately pay Seller, via a separate payment at the time of its purchase, an additional three percent (3%) on top of the invoice price charged to Buyer for such products (the “Lifetime Warranty Charge”).

  • The Non-Repairable Credit shall equal: (A) from the Effective Date through April 29, 2017—twenty-five percent (25%), and (B) from April 30, 2017 through the Term—fifty percent (50%); in each case of the Outlet Invoice Price actually paid by Buyer to Seller.

  • The Non-Repairable Credit shall equal: (A) from the Effective Date through April 29, 2017 - twenty-five percent (25%), and (B) from April 30, 2017 through the Term - fifty percent (50%); in each case of the Outlet Invoice Price actually paid by Buyer to Seller.

  • Non-Repairable and BER Component(s) shall also be redelivered Ex Works ATS’s facility.

  • The dismantler (or other representative) shall provide a copy of DMV’s “Non-Repairable Vehicle Certificate” using an “Application for Salvage Certificate or Non-Repairable Vehicle Certificate” (REG 488C), or a Notice of Acquisition/Report of Vehicle To Be Dismantled (REG 42) ensuring the VIN can never be registered again in California.

  • If we determine that a Covered Product is not repairable due to unavailability of functional parts or technical information (a "Non-Repairable Covered Product") we will replace the Non-Repairable Covered Product with a comparable product.
