Non-saleable definition
Non-saleable means Inventory that, at the date of the inventory count, is expired merchandise (in the case of food items or cosmetics), damaged merchandise, consigned merchandise, recalled merchandise or merchandise that has been opened or merchandise that is not in its original packaging (except for vehicle parts held for sale as Inventory that are not in their original packaging in accordance with customary business practices of Seller) on a per item basis.
