Non-Signatory definition

Non-Signatory means air carriers or aircraft owners/operators who do not have a written lease agreement with the Airport. A sublease agreement does not qualify at the “signatory” rate.

Non-Signatory. Airline shall mean any Air Transportation Company providing service at the Airport and has not signed this Agreement or a substantially similar agreement and is operating under the terms of a resolution or shorter-term agreement and pays non-signatory rate premiums, except for International Scheduled Service Carriers pursuant to Article 1.48.

Examples of Non-Signatory in a sentence

  • The fees and charges payable by Company for the use of the airfield and other facilities are subject to adjustment at least annually and are further described in Exhibit B, Non-Signatory Rates and Charges, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
