Non-Statutory Business definition

Non-Statutory Business means other activities carried out in accordance with the Authority’s objects or purposes that are outside of its Statutory Mandate.
Non-Statutory Business means other activities carried out in accordance with the CAO and the CMRAO’s objects or purposes that are outside of their respective statutory mandates.
