Non-Statutory Holidays definition
Non-Statutory Holidays means any holiday to which the Executive is entitled other than Statutory Holidays.
Non-Statutory Holidays means Easter Monday, Civic Holiday, Remembrance Day and any other day which MGCS has elected to be closed for business;

Any work performed as above on any of the Non-Statutory Holidays set forth hereafter, except in the case of watchmen and fireman, shall be paid at two times the regular straight time rate.
