Non-UCC Property definition

Non-UCC Property means any of the Collateral consisting of personal property the creation, granting or perfection of a Lien upon or in which is governed by Applicable Law other than the UCC and Applicable Law under, or relating to, the UCC.
Non-UCC Property means any personal property of the Borrowers a security interest in which may not be perfected pursuant to the UCC and in which the security interest granted to the Agent for the ratable benefit of the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement has not been duly perfected under other applicable law.

  • Such Grantor neither owns nor holds any interest in any Non-UCC Property, except for any Excluded Personal Property with respect to such Grantor.

Related to Non-UCC Property

  • Excluded Property shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Agreement.

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in real property of whatever nature, including easements and servitudes, whether as owner or holder of a Security Interest, lessor, sublessor, lessee, sublessee or otherwise.

  • Personal Property Collateral means all property included in the Collateral except Real Property Collateral.

  • Adjacent Property means all land adjoining and surrounding the Stadium Site on which will be located any public streets, sidewalks, plazas, or bridges and any public or private parking facilities or other accoutrements to be developed by Authority or other parties in connection with the Project.

  • Additional Property means, in respect of a Series, the rights and benefits provided in respect of the Series, or applicable Class, pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate and/or currency swap agreement, loan agreement, enhancement agreement or other similar arrangement as contemplated under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and as provided for in the related Series Purchase Agreement.
