Nonappropriation Event means the failure of the legislative body of the Customer to appropriate funds for the payment of Customer’s obligations under the Agreement.

Nonappropriation Event means the failure of the legislative body (as such term is used in 20-A M.R.S. §§ 2307 and 1481-A, et seq., as well as any successor provision) of the Purchaser to appropriate funds for the payment Purchaser’s obligations under this Agreement.

Examples of Nonappropriation Event in a sentence

  • Upon the occurrence of such nonappropriation (a "Nonappropriation Event"), the Lessee shall, no later than the end of the fiscal year for which Rental Payments have been appropriated, deliver possession of the Equipment under such Lease to the Lessor.

  • Upon the occurrence of such nonappropriation (a "Nonappropriation Event") Lessee shall, no later than the end of the fiscal year for which Lease Payments have been appropriated, deliver possession of the Property under said Property Schedule to Lessor.
