Nonbulk transfer definition

Nonbulk transfer means a transfer that does not meet the definition of "bulk transfer" as defined in RCW ((82.36.010 and)) 82.38.020.

  • Bulk transfer means a transfer of motor fuel from 1 location to another by pipeline tender or marine delivery within the bulk transfer/terminal system, including, but not limited to, all of the following transfers:

  • Data Transfer means: 1.1.8.1 a transfer of Company Personal Data from the Company to a Contracted Processor; or 1.1.8.2 an onward transfer of Company Personal Data from a Contracted Processor to a Subcontracted Processor, or between two establishments of a Contracted Processor, in each case, where such transfer would be prohibited by Data Protection Laws (or by the terms of data transfer agreements put in place to address the data transfer restrictions of Data Protection Laws);

  • Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:

  • Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.

  • Manufactured in the United States means produced by a process in which the manufacturing, final assembly, processing, packaging, testing, and any other process that adds value, quality, or reliability to assembled articles, materials, or supplies, occur in the United States.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
