NONCOMMITTED PURCHASER PERCENTAGE definition
NONCOMMITTED PURCHASER PERCENTAGE means for each Noncommitted Purchaser, the aggregate Commitments of its Liquidity Providers from time to time as a percentage of the aggregate Commitments of all Committed Purchasers.
NONCOMMITTED PURCHASER PERCENTAGE means for each Class B Purchaser which is not a Committed Class B Purchaser, the percentage set forth in its Joinder Supplement or the Transfer Supplement by which such Class B Purchaser became a party to this Agreement, as such percentage may be adjusted from time to time pursuant to Transfer Supplement(s) executed by such Class B Purchaser and any Assignee and delivered pursuant to Section 8.1 of this Agreement.
