Nonconforming data definition
Nonconforming data means data elements whose values are (a) missing or (b) incomplete or (c) not consistent with other values in the same or comparable reports or (d) not close to expected values based on available comparative data from similar districts or trend data for the district in question or (e) requires further analysis or verification.
