Nonconformity Report definition

Nonconformity Report has the meaning set out in Schedule 8 [Quality Management];
Nonconformity Report or “NCR” shall mean a report to be generated whenever ROMI verifies the existence of non-conforming PRODUCTS, i.e. with technical characteristics or specifications different from the PRODUCTS ordered.
Nonconformity Report means a document issued by either the Province’s Representative or the Concessionaire pursuant to Section 6.1 [Nonconformity Reporting Process] of Schedule 7 detailing the description of an identified Nonconformity and the proposed rectification and action taken or to be taken to deal with such Nonconformity.

  • If a nonconformance is detected during audit, a Nonconformity Report shall be issued to the client.

Nonconformity Report or “NCR” means a document issued in accordance with Section 9.2 [Addressing Nonconformities] of Schedule 9 [Quality Management], to detail the description, proposed rectification and proposed disposition of an identified Nonconformity.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Certificate of Analysis means a document signed by an authorized representative of Manufacturer, describing Specifications for, and testing methods applied to, Product, and the results of testing.

  • Royalty Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.
