Nonconstituent municipality means a municipality:
Constituent Company means an existing company that is participating in a merger or consolidation with one or more other existing companies;
Constituent organization means an organization that is party to a merger.
SDA municipality means a municipality in which an SDA
The Municipality means Mossel Bay Municipality.
Constituent entity means: (i) with respect to an MNE Group having a Reporting Entity resident for tax purposes in the Isle of Man, (A) any separate business unit of an MNE Group that is included in the consolidated financial statements for financial reporting purposes or would be so included if equity interests in such business unit of an MNE Group were traded on a public securities exchange, (B) any separate business unit that is excluded from the MNE Group’s consolidated financial statements solely on size or materiality grounds, and (C) any permanent establishment of any separate business unit of the MNE Group included in (A) or (B) above provided the business unit prepares a separate financial statement for such permanent establishment for financial reporting, regulatory, tax reporting, or internal management control purposes; and (ii) with respect to an MNE Group having a Reporting Entity resident for tax purposes in the United States, any “Constituent Entity” as defined in the relevant U.S. Treasury regulations;
Municipality means any city, borough, town, township, or village.
Distressed municipality means a municipality that is qualified
Constituent Person has the meaning specified in Section 5.6(b).
district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;
local municipality means a municipality that shares municipal executive and legislative authority in its area with a district municipality within whose area it falls, and which is described in section 155(1) of the Constitution as a category B municipality;
Constituent means any State resident or other person
Constituent corporation means a corporation or a foreign corporation that:
Tribal organization means the elected governing body of any Indian tribe or any legally established organization of Indians that is controlled by one or more such bodies or by a board of directors elected or selected by one or more such bodies (or elected by the Indian population to be served by such organization) and that includes the maximum participation of Indians in all phases of its activities; and
Supervised financial organization means a person, other than an insurance company or other organization primarily engaged in an insurance business:
Constituent Corporations has the meaning set forth in the second recital of this Agreement.
Constituent College means a college or institution established and maintained by the University;
Lower-Tier Municipality means a Municipality that forms part of an Upper-Tier Municipality for municipal purposes, as defined under the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25.
Religious organization means a church, ecclesiastical corporation, or group, not organized for pecuniary profit, that gathers for mutual support and edification in piety or worship of a supreme deity.
metropolitan municipality means a municipality that has exclusive executive and legislative authority in its area, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category A municipality;
Participating municipality means a municipality that is designated by or under the Act as a participating municipality in a conservation authority.
Governing authority means the local legislative authority
Constituent Documents means with respect to any Person, as applicable, such Person’s certificate of incorporation, articles of incorporation, by-laws, certificate of formation, articles of organization, limited liability company agreement, management agreement, operating agreement, shareholder agreement, partnership agreement or similar document or agreement governing such Person’s existence, organization or management or concerning disposition of ownership interests of such Person or voting rights among such Person’s owners.
Financial organization means any bank, trust company, savings bank, industrial bank, land bank, safe deposit company, private banker, savings and loan association, credit union, cooperative bank, small loan company, sales finance company, investment company, or any type of insurance company.
Taxable Public Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Public Property that are not exempt pursuant to Section E below.
Fraternal organization means an organization, except a school fraternity, which is a
Governing Documents means, with respect to any Person, the certificate or articles of incorporation, by-laws, or other organizational documents of such Person.
