Nonparticipating member definition
Nonparticipating member means those persons who receive no TANF assistance or refugee assistance, but whose income or needs are considered in determining eligibility for TANF assistance or refugee assistance.
Nonparticipating member means the members or partners of Property Owning Entities holding membership (or partnership) interests that are not to be contributed to the Operating Partnership pursuant to this Agreement, as listed on Schedule 1.1(ii). ----------------
