Nonprofit theater definition
Nonprofit theater means an organization organized for nonprofit, charitable, literary and educational purposes to which has been issued a ruling by the Internal Revenue Service classifying it as an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and which carries on a program of performing arts for the general public at a theater located on its premises.
