Noncommunity water sys- tems are further defined as nontransient noncommunity (((NTNC))) and transient noncommunity (((TNC))).(35) "Nontransient noncommunity water system (((NTNC)))" means a Group A public water system that provides service opportunities to twenty-five or more of the same nonresidential people for one hundred eighty or more days within a calendar year.
Non-transient non-community water system or NTNCWS means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least twenty-five of the same persons over six months per year.
