Normal Service Hours definition

Normal Service Hours means the normal daytime working hours from 0800 to 1800 on Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding Bank Holidays, unless specifically agreed otherwise and stated in the Contract.
Normal Service Hours means the hours of on-call service coverage, which are currently Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hawaiian Standard Time excluding Hawaii State and Federal holidays and other days off as designated by Vendor. Vendor reserves the right to change Normal Service Hours without notice.

Examples of Normal Service Hours in a sentence

  • Work performed outside Normal Service Hours shall be performed at Davox then prevailing rates with a minimum of two (2) hours invoiced.

  • Normal Service Hours and Extended Service Hours are referred to as "Service Hours".

  • OCL will bill [**]for each hour of labor incurred during Normal Service Hours and [**] for each hour of labor incurred outside Normal Service Hours by a CSE in performing the service.

Related to Normal Service Hours

  • Service Hours means the hours limited in the applicable Notification Form during which the Services are provided, it being understood that different Service Hours can apply for different Services.

  • office hours means the period beginning at 10:00 a.m. of a day and ending at 4:30 p.m. of the same day.

  • Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.
