North Carolina Trust Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of June 28, 2018, by and between Regional North Carolina, as settlor and initial beneficiary and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as UTI trustee, Delaware trustee and Administrative Trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
