North Carolina Trust Agreement definition

North Carolina Trust Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, dated as of June 28, 2018, by and between Regional North Carolina, as settlor and initial beneficiary and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as UTI trustee, Delaware trustee and Administrative Trustee, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Related to North Carolina Trust Agreement

  • Trust Agreement means this Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, as the same may be modified, amended or supplemented in accordance with the applicable provisions hereof, including all exhibits hereto, including, for all purposes of this Trust Agreement and any such modification, amendment or supplement, the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act that are deemed to be a part of and govern this Trust Agreement and any such modification, amendment or supplement, respectively.

  • North Carolina CANCELLATION section is amended as follows: We may not cancel this Agreement except for nonpayment by You or for violation of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Declaration of Trust means this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, as amended or restated from time to time;

  • Certificate of Trust means the Certificate of Trust in the form of Exhibit B to be filed for the Trust pursuant to Section 3810(a) of the Statutory Trust Statute.

  • Collateral Trust Agreement means the collateral trust agreement entered into on the Issue Date among the Issuers, certain other Grantors, the Collateral Agent, the Trustee as a Pari Passu Lien Debt Representative, the Term Loan Administrative Agent, the Commercial Building Lender and the Equipment Lessor, as hereafter amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
