SITC means the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3), published by the United Nations in Statistical Papers, Series M, No. 34/Rev. 3 (1986);
boycott energy companies means, without an ordinary business purpose, refusing to deal with, terminating business activities with, or otherwise taking any action that is intended to penalize, inflict economic harm on, or limit commercial relations with a company because the company:
Western or the “Corporation” means Western Energy Services Corp., a corporation amalgamated pursuant to the laws of the Province of Alberta, and includes all applicable Subsidiaries and predecessor entities of the Corporation, as the context requires; and

Service Company means any entity employed by the Custodian or the Distributor, including the transfer agent for the Fund(s), to perform various administrative duties of either the Custodian or the Distributor. Gov. Code 809.001). When applicable, does Vendor certify? Yes, Vendor certifies business entity that enters into a contract with a school district must give advance notice to the district if the person or an owner or operator of the business entity has been convicted of a felony. The notice must include a general description of the conduct resulting in the conviction of a felony.” Subsection (b) states, "a school district may terminate a contract with a person or business entity if the district determines that the person or business entity failed to give notice as required by Subsection (a) or misrepresented the conduct resulting in the conviction. The district must compensate the person or business entity for services performed before the termination of the contract.” Subsection (c) states, "This section does not apply to a publicly held corporation. Railway means the President of the Republic of India or the Administrative Officers of the Railway or Successor Railway authorized to deal with any matters, which these presents are concerned on his behalf.
Bancorp means Eagle Bancorp, Inc., a Maryland corporation.
Constellation has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals.
Service corporation means a corporation organized under ss. 180.1903 to 180.1921.
Energy means electricity, natural gas, steam, hot or chilled water, fuel oil, or other product for use in a building, or renewable on-site electricity generation, for purposes of providing heating, cooling, lighting, water heating, or for powering or fueling other end-uses in the building and related facilities, as reflected in Utility bills or other documentation of actual Energy use.

Community basin means an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond, established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-4.2(c)14, that is designed and constructed in accordance with the New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual, or an alternate design, approved in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), for an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond and that complies with the requirements of this chapter.
SSE means the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Company has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
ITC (this Section2 of the RFP) means the Instructions to Consultants that provides the Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.
Electric power train means the electrical circuit which includes the traction motor(s), and may include the REESS, the electric energy conversion system, the electronic converters, the associated wiring harness and connectors, and the coupling system for charging the REESS.
