Note A-12 Securitization definition

Note A-12 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-12 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-12 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-12 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.
Note A-12 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-12 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-12 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-12 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans. “Note A-13” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
