Note A-2 Securitization definition

Note A-2 Securitization means the first sale by the Note A-2 Holder of all or a portion of Note A-2 to a depositor who will in turn include such portion of Note A-2 as part of the securitization of one or more mortgage loans.
Note A-2 Securitization shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Note A-2 Securitization means the Securitization of Note A-2 in a Securitization Trust to be designated by the Note A-2 Holder.

Examples of Note A-2 Securitization in a sentence

  • On and after the Note A-2 Securitization Date, Note A-2 shall be held in the name of the trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-2 PSA, on behalf of the Note A-2 Holder.

  • On and after the Note A-2 Securitization Date, Note A-2 shall be held in the name of the Note A-2 Trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-2 PSA, on behalf of the Note A-2 Holder.

  • The Note A-2 Holder shall provide the Depositor, the Servicer and the Special Servicer under the Lead Securitization PSA (as of the Note A-2 Securitization Date) (provided such party is not also a party to the Note A-2 PSA) notice of the Note A-2 Securitization in writing (which may be by email) prior to or promptly following the Note A-2 Securitization Date.

  • In addition, after the Note A-2 Securitization Date, the Note A-2 Holder shall send a copy of the Note A-2 PSA to the Depositor, the Servicer and the Special Servicer under the Lead Securitization PSA (as of the Note A-2 Securitization Date) (provided such party is not also a party to the Note A-2 PSA).

  • Prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date and the Note A-2 Securitization Date, the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-1 and Note A-2) will be held by the Initial Agent on behalf of the registered holders of the Notes.
