Examples of Note A-2 Trustee in a sentence
On and after the Note A-2 Securitization Date, Note A-2 shall be held in the name of the Note A-2 Trustee (and held by a duly appointed custodian therefor) under the Note A-2 PSA, on behalf of the Note A-2 Holder.
The originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-1) will be held by the Note A-2 Trustee (or by a custodian on its behalf) under the terms of the Note A-2 PSA on behalf of all of the Holders until the Note A-1 Securitization Date, at which time the originals of all of the Mortgage Loan Documents (other than Note A-2) will be transferred to and held by the Note A-1 Trustee (or by a custodian on its behalf) on behalf of all of the Holders.

It is understood and agreed that if facsimile copies of this Agreement bearing facsimile signatures are exchanged between the parties hereto, such copies shall in all respects have the same weight, force and legal effect and shall be fully as valid, binding, and enforceable as if such signed facsimile copies were original documents bearing original signature.
