Note B-3 definition

Note B-3 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

Note B-3 means the Note bearing the designation “B-3”.

Note B-3 means that certain promissory note B-3, dated November 22, 2023, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented extended, restated or replaced, and shall include any replacement promissory notes issued in respect thereof.

Note B-3 means the promissory notes designated as “Note B-1-S,” “Note B-2-S” and “Note B-3-S” and listed under “Promissory Notes” on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified or supplemented.

Note B-3 means that certain Promissory Note B-3, dated as of the Closing Date, in the principal amount of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($222,700,000.00), made by Borrower in favor of DB and any replacement or split notes made by Borrower in favor of DB, as each of the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note B-3 means that certain Mezzanine Promissory Note B-3 of even date herewith in the principal amount of FIFTEEN MILLION AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($15,000,000.00), made by Borrower in favor of Initial Lender, as the same may have been or may be amended, restated, replaced, severed, split, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note B-3 means that certain Promissory Note B-3, dated the date hereof, in the principal amount of $86,760,000.00, made by Borrower in favor of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Mortgage Company, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, split, severed, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Note B-3 means that certain Promissory Note B-3 of even date herewith in the principal amount of $7,790,015, made by Borrower in favor of BANA, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
