Note A definition

Note A shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

Note A means, individually or collectively, Note A-0, Xxxx X-0 and Note A-3, as the context may require.

• The Note B Holder shall have no liability to any Note A Holder with respect to its respective A Note except with respect to losses actually suffered due to the negligence, willful misconduct or breach of this Agreement on the part of the Note B Holder.

More Definitions of Note A

Note A means each Note listed on EXHIBIT A that has a designation beginning with “Note A”, individually or collectively, as the context may require.

Note A. For service as an RTC employees are entitled to one working day's vacation with pay for each 16 2/3 days of cumulative compensated service, or major portion thereof, during the preceding calendar year with a maximum of 15 working days' vacation until qualifying for further vacation under Clause (c) hereof.

Note A means those certain notes or note denominated “Note A” dated concurrently with the Loan Agreement, executed by Borrower and Co-Borrower to the order of the Lender named therein, in the aggregate original principal amount of $62,678,062.68, as the same may be Modified from time to time. Note A means any of Note X-0, Xxxx X-0, Xxxx X-0, Note A-4, Note X-0, Xxxx X-0, Xxxx X-0 and Note A-8.

Note A means, collectively, Note A-1-1, Note A-1-2, Note A-2-1, Note A-2-2 and Note A-2-3.
