Note B-9 Holder means the Initial Note B-9 Holder, and its successors in interest, or any subsequent holder of Note B-9.
Note B Holder means with regards to any B Note, the Initial Note Holder or any subsequent holder of such B Note, as applicable.
Note A-8 Holder means the Initial Note A-8 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-8, as applicable.
Note A-7 Holder means the Initial Note A-7 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-7, as applicable.
Note A-5 Holder means the Initial Note A-5 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-5, as applicable.
Note A-6 Holder means the Initial Note A-6 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-6, as applicable.
Note A-4 Holder means the Initial Note A-4 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-4, as applicable.
Initial Note A-5 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Note B-2 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Initial Note B Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Note A-2-2 Holder means the Initial Note A-2-2 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-2-2, as applicable.
Initial Note A-7 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Note B-1 shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Initial Note A-4 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note A-6 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Note A-3 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Note A-3 Holder means the Initial Note A-3 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-3, as applicable.
Note A-1-2 Holder means the Initial Note A-1-2 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-1-2, as applicable.
Companion Loan Holder The holder of a Companion Loan.
Class E Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Class E Note is registered on the Note Register.
Note A-2-1 Holder means the Initial Note A-2-1 Holder or any subsequent holder of Note A-2-1, as applicable.
Initial Note A-2 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Note A Holder means with regards to any A Note, the related Initial Note Holder or any subsequent holder of such A Note, as applicable.
Senior Noteholder means any one of the holders from time to time of the Senior Notes.
Initial Noteholder means (i) with respect to Note A-1, the Initial Note A-1 Holder and (ii) with respect to Note A-2, the Initial Note A-2 Holder.
Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan Holder A holder of a Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan.
Initial Note A Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
