Note Conditions definition

Note Conditions means the terms and conditions of the Relevant Notes annexed to the Relevant Notes.
Note Conditions means the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Notes in the form or substantially in the form set out in the Seventh Schedule, as the same may from time to time be modified in accordance with this Deed and any reference in this Deed to a particular numbered Note Condition shall be construed accordingly;
Note Conditions means, in relation to the Notes, the terms and conditions of the Notes, in the form or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Note Conditions) of the Note Trust Deed, as any of the same may from time to time be modified in accordance with the Note Trust Deed and modified by the provisions of the Notes and any reference in the Transaction Documents to a particular numbered Note Conditions shall be construed accordingly;

Examples of Note Conditions in a sentence

  • Each new Certificate to be issued pursuant to General Note Conditions 2(a) or (b) shall be available for delivery within three business days of receipt of the form of transfer or Exercise Notice (as defined in General Note Condition 5(e)) and surrender of the Certificate for exchange.

  • Certain Notes may be redeemed early at their then market value less associated costs, in each case according to the Note Conditions.

  • In the case of a discrepancy or conflict with such General Note Conditions or Asset Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

  • The Note Trustee as between itself and the Noteholders shall have full power to determine all questions and doubts arising in relation to any of the provisions of this Deed or the Note Conditions, and every such determination, whether made upon a question actually raised or implied in the acts or proceedings of the Note Trustee, shall be conclusive and shall bind the Issuer and the Noteholders.

  • The Note Conditions shall be binding on the Issuer, the Note Trustee, the Noteholders and all persons claiming through or under them respectively.


More Definitions of Note Conditions

Note Conditions means the Original PPN Conditions, the Conditions, the Further PPN Conditions, the Substitute PPN Conditions and the Replacement PPN Conditions.
Note Conditions has the same meaning as in the Note Trust Deed.
Note Conditions means the terms and conditions of the Notes as set out in Schedule 3 (Terms and Conditions of the Notes) of this Agreement, and any reference to a numbered “Note Condition” is to the correspondingly numbered provision of the conditions of the Notes;

Note Conditions means the conditions of issue of the Convertible Notes as specified in Schedule 2 and Convertible Note Condition means any one of them.
Note Conditions means the terms and conditions of the Notes.
Note Conditions means the terms and conditions of the Notes in the form set out in Schedule 1 to the Note Trust Deed as the same may be modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, and any reference to a numbered Note Condition will be construed accordingly.
