• Payments in respect of this Global Bearer Security shall be made to its holder against presentation and (if no further payment falls to be made on it) surrender of it at the specified office of the Issuing and Paying Agent or of any other Paying Agent provided for in the Conditions and each payment so made will discharge the Issuer's obligations in respect thereof.
