Examples of Note Issuance in a sentence
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Indenture, the Beneficiary, on behalf of the Note Issuance Trust, may from time to time issue, or direct the Owner Trustee, on behalf of the Note Issuance Trust, to issue, one or more Series, Classes or Tranches of Notes.
On the Exchange Note Issuance Date, the Servicer will deposit in the Exchange Note Collection Account an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Cutoff Date Payahead Amount and (ii) all Active Lease Proceeds, Terminating Lease Proceeds and Closed Lease Proceeds (excluding Recoveries) received and applied on the Leases during the period from the Cutoff Date to two Business Days before the Exchange Note Issuance Date.
Each Subordinated Note Issuance shall be authorized pursuant to one or more Resolutions.

The Master Note Issuance Agreement contains provisions for convening meetings of the Holders of the Notes of any Series to consider any matter affecting their interests, including the sanctioning by Extraordinary Resolution (as defined in the Master Note Issuance Agreement) of a modification of the Notes or any of the provisions of the Master Note Issuance Agreement.
