Subsequent Notes definition

Subsequent Notes means any Notes issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

Subsequent Notes has the meaning ascribed to it in the second introductory paragraph of this Indenture.

Subsequent Notes means any Notes issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions in accordance with Clause 2.4.

Examples of Subsequent Notes in a sentence

• The Company may from time to time, without the consent of existing Holders, create and issue Subsequent Notes having the same terms and conditions as the Initial Notes in all respects, except for the Issue Date, issue price and first payment of interest thereon.

More Definitions of Subsequent Notes

Subsequent Notes means any debt instruments, each for the nominal amount and of the type referred to in paragraph 1 of Section 34 of the Act on Promissory Notes (in Finnish Velkakirja- laki 622/1947, as amended) (in Finnish joukkovelkakirja) and which are issued by the Issuer af- ter the Issue Date (including for the avoidance of doubt any additional or tap issue relating to the Notes).

Subsequent Notes means any Note issued in a Subsequent Note Issue. “Subsequent Note Issue” has the meaning set forth in Clause 2.5. “Subsidiary” means, in respect of which such person, directly or indirectly;

Subsequent Notes has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2 hereof.

Subsequent Notes shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2.

Subsequent Notes means any Notes issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions in accordance with Clause 27 (Further Issues).

Subsequent Notes means those certain 10% Convertible Promissory Notes of VitalStream in the principal amount of $691,000 issued at the Subsequent Closing pursuant to the Subsequent Note Purchase Agreement.

Subsequent Notes shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.3(c).
