Note Series definition

Note Series is defined in Section 1 of this Series Supplement.
Note Series means a series of promissory notes in the aggregate evidencing a single Disbursement under a Credit.
Note Series means any "Series" as defined in the Master Indenture.

  • In the event liquidated damages remain or become due at the end of Option Period 3, those funds shall be paid to Texaco after adjusting for the deficit penalty as specified in this Section 7.6; provided, however, in the event the term of this Agreement is extended and Option Period 4 is applicable, the amount of such liquidated damages shall be reduced by the amount of any expenditures incurred or commitments made by McMoRan during Option Period 4.


More Definitions of Note Series

Note Series means any issue of Notes issued to finance the making or purchase of one or more corresponding CM Loans and includes all series of Notes issued under the indenture.
Note Series means any series of notes issued pursuant to the Indenture.
Note Series shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.08(a)(i)(C).
Note Series or “Series of Notes”: The meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

Related to Note Series

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Series C Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • MAC Notes The Classes of Modifiable And Combinable STACR® Notes shown on

  • Series D Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Series A Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Term Notes means, collectively, the Term A Notes and the Term B Notes.

  • 2016 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$460,000,000 of 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2016 Note Indenture.

  • 2022 Notes means the 6.25% Senior Notes due 2022 issued by the MLP and Finance.

  • Class of Notes means each of the Classes of Notes being:

  • 2013 Notes means the 4.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 and the 5.950% Senior Secured Notes due 2043 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2013.

  • 2012 Notes means the 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued by the Issuer on July 2, 2012.

  • Series B Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • 2029 Notes has the meaning specified in the recitals of this Supplemental Indenture.

  • Subordinated Notes means the Initial Notes and the Exchange Notes and, more particularly, any Subordinated Note authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, including those Subordinated Notes issued or authenticated upon transfer, replacement or exchange.

  • Subordinated Debentures means the debentures exchangeable by the Company for the Preferred Stock in accordance with the Certificate of Designations therefor.

  • DTC Notes means Notes cleared, settled and maintained on the DTC System, registered in the name of a nominee of DTC. All of the Notes will be DTC Notes at issuance.

  • Series A or “Series A Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series A Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series A Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series A Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • 2014 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$399,517,000 of 10.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2014 issued pursuant to the 2014 Note Indenture.

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.

  • Senior Unsecured Notes means $2,000,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s 9.000% senior notes due 2025 issued pursuant to the Senior Unsecured Notes Indenture on the Closing Date.

  • Asset Backed Notes (the "Class A-2 Notes"), Class A-3 4.30% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class A-3 Notes"), Class A-4 4.36% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class A-4 Notes" and, together with the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes, the "Class A Notes"), Class B 4.52% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class B Notes"), Class C 4.72% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class C Notes") and Class D 6.76% Asset Backed Notes (the "Class D Notes" and, together with the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes, the "Notes"), are issued under the Indenture, to which Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto reference is hereby made for a statement of the respective rights and obligations thereunder of the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Noteholders. The Notes are subject to all terms of the Indenture. The Class A-1 Notes are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture. Interest on and principal of the Notes will be payable in accordance with the priority of payments set forth in Section 8.2 of the Indenture.
