Noteholder Principal Collections definition

Noteholder Principal Collections means, with respect to any Deposit Date falling in: (i) the Revolving Period, the sum of (a) the Floating Allocation Percentage of Allocable Principal Collections plus any Series 2000-1 Allocable Miscellaneous Payments that are treated as Noteholder Principal Collections and (b) for any Deposit Date that is also a Payment Date, the amount, if any, of Noteholder Non-Principal Collections, Investment Proceeds, funds in the Reserve Fund and Additional Noteholder Collections allocated to cover Noteholder Defaulted Amount or Monthly Dilution Amount or reverse Noteholder Charge-Offs and (ii) the Accumulation Period or an Early Amortization Period, the sum of (a) the Principal Allocation Percentage then in effect of Allocable Principal Collections plus any Series 2000-1 Allocable Miscellaneous Payments that are treated as Noteholder Principal Collections and (b) for any Deposit Date that is also a Payment Date, the amount, if any, of Noteholder Non-Principal Collections, Investment Proceeds, funds in the Reserve Fund and Additional Noteholder Collections allocated to cover the Noteholder Defaulted Amount or Monthly Dilution Amount or to reverse Noteholder Charge-Offs.

Noteholder Principal Collections means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the product of (i) the Floating Allocation Percentage, with respect to the Revolving Period, or the Principal Allocation Percentage, with respect to the Accumulation Period or an Early Amortization Period, for the related Collection Period (or any partial Collection Period which occurs as the first Collection Period during an Early Amortization Period) and (ii) Principal Collections for the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, of Non-Principal Collections, Investment Proceeds and Additional Noteholder Collections to be distributed pursuant to Section 4.06(a)(v), 4.06(a)(vi) or 4.08(b) on such Payment Date.
