  • PURCHASER's Authorized Representatives means the representatives authorized by PURCHASER to receive any notice or instructions from STATE on behalf of PURCHASER and to take any action required in regard to performance of PURCHASER under the contract. Contract means the entire written agreement between the parties, including but not limited to the Notice of Timber Sale, Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal, Instructions to Bidders, specifications, terms, and conditions, Exhibits, Operations Plan, change notices, if any, the accepted bid, and the purchase order or price agreement document.
