Notes Basic Rent definition
Notes Basic Rent means the Improvements Notes Basic Rent and the Land Notes Basic Rent.
Notes Basic Rent means the interest due on the Loans on any Specified Interest Payment Date pursuant to the Credit Agreement (but not including interest on overdue amounts under Section 2.7(c) of the Credit Agreement or otherwise).
Notes Basic Rent means the sum of (i) the principal due on the Notes on any Scheduled Payment Date pursuant to the Indenture, plus (ii) the interest due on the Notes on each Payment Date pursuant to the Indenture.

The Agent shall distribute, in accordance with Section 13, the Notes Basic Rent and all other amounts due with respect to the Loans paid to the Agent by the Lessee under the Lease from time to time.
