Notes Interest Rate definition

Notes Interest Rate means the rate of Interest applicable to the Sterling Notes (as varied from time to time), being initially 11.75%.
Notes Interest Rate means the rate of interest applicable from time to time to a Class of Notes as determined in accordance with Condition ‎4 (Interest).
Notes Interest Rate means the yearly interest rate applicable to the Series of Notes, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes. The Notes Interest Rate will be defined in the Final Terms, and is based on the debtor interest rate of the Series Specific Loan, taking into account the possible impact of Handling Fees and/or Credit Insurance Premium, the case being.

Examples of Notes Interest Rate in a sentence

  • For the Auction Rate Notes during the Initial Period and each Auction Period thereafter, interest at the applicable Auction Rate Notes Interest Rate shall accrue daily and shall be computed for the actual number of days elapsed on the basis of a year consisting of 360 days.

  • The Calculation Agent in respect of the Floating Rate Note will determine the Floating Rate Notes Interest Rate for each Floating Rate Notes Interest Period on the fifth U.S. Government Securities Business Day by reference to the SOFR Index Average (as defined below) on that date (the “Floating Rate Notes Interest Determination Date”).

  • The determination of an Auction Rate Notes Interest Rate by the Auction Agent or any other Person pursuant to the provisions of the applicable Section of this Article II shall be conclusive and binding on the Registered Owners of the Auction Rate Notes to which such Auction Rate Notes Interest Rate applies, and the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee may rely thereon for all purposes.

  • The Auction Rate Notes Interest Rate on the Auction Rate Notes for each Auction Period shall be the Auction Rate in effect for such Auction Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.02(a) of this Appendix B.

  • For each Accrual Period, the Class A-1 Notes shall bear interest at the Class A-1 Notes Interest Rate, the Class A-2 Notes shall bear interest at the Class A-2 Notes Interest Rate, the Class A-3 Notes shall bear interest at the Class A-3 Notes Interest Rate and the Class A-4 Notes shall bear interest at the Class A-4 Notes Interest Rate.
