Examples of Notes Par Call Date in a sentence
The Company will have the right at its option to redeem the Notes, in whole or in part, at any time or from time to time on or after the Notes Par Call Date, on at least 15 days’ but not more than 60 days’ notice, at a Redemption Price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount of such Notes to the Redemption Date.
If the 2021 Notes are redeemed on or after the 2021 Notes Par Call Date or the 2026 Notes are redeemed on or after the 2026 Notes Par Call Date, such Notes will be redeemed at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes then outstanding to be redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to the Redemption Date (subject to the right of Holders of record on the relevant record date to receive interest due on any interest payment date that is on or prior to the Redemption Date).

On or after the 2050 Notes Par Call Date, the Company may, at its option, redeem the 2050 Notes, in whole at any time or in part from time to time, at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the 2050 Notes to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date.
