The Company will have the right at its option to redeem the Notes, in whole or in part, at any time or from time to time on or after the Notes Par Call Date, on at least 15 days’ but not more than 60 days’ notice, at a Redemption Price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount of such Notes to the Redemption Date.
